Case Study – 180China

Project Overview

180China’s Shanghai branch focuses on professional services and design. It was launched to support the dynamic, creative workflows of its design-focused teams. Designed by interior studio HTD, the space emphasizes flexible, mood-aligned environments that encourage collaboration, ideation, and informal creative exchange.

Our role went beyond functional design—ensuring each furniture element aligned with 180China’s creative ethos, reinforced HTD’s curated aesthetic for the Shanghai branch, and supported an idea-driven workspace tailored to design professionals.

Interior Vision

With floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Shanghai skyline, the space balances openness with warmth through neutral upholstery, light wood finishes, and layered lighting. The layout integrates group work areas, smaller discussion zones, and lounge spaces to support different collaboration needs.

UFOU’s furniture was selected to align with this vision, combining functional flexibility with the space’s modern character.
