Case Study – Grounded Head Office, Australia

Project Overview

Grounded’s Australian head office brings together focused work, meetings and informal exchange in a workplace with a distinctly warm, tactile character. Project records identify the 2024 headquarters project as a construction-sector workplace of approximately 10,000 square metres.

Rather than treating furniture as a layer added after the interior was complete, the project uses seating and tables to reinforce how each zone is meant to be used—from a quick conversation at reception to a longer discussion behind glazed meeting-room walls.

Interior Vision

Exposed brick, polished concrete, dark metal framing and timber details establish an industrial architectural language. Soft seating, rounded tables and upholstered chairs temper those harder surfaces, making arrival and meeting areas feel more approachable.

The furniture palette remains restrained: earthy browns, charcoal tones and warm timber surfaces connect the different settings without making them visually uniform.
